Starting as a small metal shop Lalesse made some screws and sleeves, at request built a machine around this and soon learned to be leading when it comes to quality and service.
Lalesse Extrusion company manufactures complete extrusion lines for the direct expansion process: for the production of light puffed snacks, shaped cereals and expanded semi products.
Extrusion lines mainly encompasse the following equipment: mixer – feeder – extruder – pneumatic transport – dryer – coating drum - flavor equipment. Related equipment can be: closed cooling system, distance cutters (various models) and a buffer silo.
Important is that all equipment is efficient and matches well with each other, no oversized and energy wasting machines are in the line. Naturally the equipment is made under CE regulations, is state of the art and can meet any restrictive law that a user might face in a country.
All equipment is made by or assembled for Lalesse Extrusion, country of origin is the Netherlands.
Complete lines as turnkey can be delivered as well, then together with the customer a packaging machine set up will be selected and added to total scope of supply.
Apart from new equipment Lalesse has a well organized spare part division. Parts like sleeves and screws for the extruder, referred to as wear parts, are always on stock and can be sent to customers within 24 – 48 hrs. Also overhauls are offered, new drive system, fixed to vary speed, conversions to direct drive system. All is available as complete kits to assemble yourself.
